## What you’ll see in event details

Each event includes:

* **Start time** and **end time**
* **Organizer**
* **Attendees**
* **Location** or **meeting link**

Use this to confirm everything before taking action.

## What to be careful about

* Editing without being the creator will fail
* Late cancellations can disrupt interviews
* Incorrect updates can create scheduling confusion for candidates

<Tip>
  Before editing or canceling, confirm you are the **event creator** and re-check the date, time, timezone, and attendees.
</Tip>
